Topic 1: Dell Support Center 3.0 and the PC Checkup Diagnostics

Dell Support Center 3.0 is a complete test solution and troubleshooting tool for Dell Windows-based PCs, a one-stop control panel for both system tools and diagnostics. PC Checkup is a diagnostic within Dell Support Center 3.0 which verifies hardware integrity. Users can run the Default test within PC Checkup, which will test all hardware components, or the Custom test, where users can select which component they choose to test. The appropriate drivers need to be installed for devices such as the sound card, video card, NIC, webcam, etc. for PC Checkup to be able to test the device. If the hardware is detected but the driver is not installed, instead of Run Test, the field will read Disabled. If a hardware is not present on a system or if a device is disabled, either in the BIOS or Device Manager, the device will not be available for testing.
