As of December 1st, 2006, some Dell Dimension™ desktops and Inspiron™ notebooks are experiencing issues while playing a DVD with Sonic Cineplayer™ or Windows Media Player™ . Symptoms might include:
- No dvd playback
- Distorted or jittery screen
- Loss of audio
