If you have forgotten or lost your “My Account” password simply follow the
steps below:

  1. Go to the Dell sign in web page.

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Type the e-mail address that you use to sign in to the Dell website,
    and then click Continue.

  4. Check your e-mail. When you receive an e-mail with the subject line
    Dell.com Password Assistance, follow the instructions in the e-mail
    to reset your password.
