QHow can I verify that the order I placed online went through?
A

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail response within one
business day. This e-mail includes your order details, order number,
customer number and the estimated delivery date. If we need further
clarification about your order, an online sales representative will contact
you within one to three business days.

To check the status and the details of a product or accessory that you've
ordered from Dell, do one of the following:

  • Use the Dell Order Status tool. You will need to enter two pieces
    of information.

  • Sign in to My Account for detailed information about your account:
    1. Click My Account and then sign in with your e-mail address
      and password.
    2. When you're successfully signed in, click Order Status.
