» Inspiron Mini External Optical Drive Overview

Inspiron Mini laptops do not have a removable media bay drive as do other Dell laptops. To use CDs and DVDs with these systems, an external optical drive must be used. 

There are commercially available external optical drives available that will work with the Inspiron Mini.
