Connect a USB mouse to the system.

On the Desktop, use the USB mouse to right-click the Bluetooth icon in the system tray (Figure 1).

If the Bluetooth icon does not appear, open the Control Panel and click the Bluetooth icon. For Microsoft® Windows Vista®, switch to classic view in the Control Panel to find the Bluetooth icon.

In the Bluetooth menu, click Show Bluetooth Devices.

In the Bluetooth Devices utility, click the Devices tab, click Dell BT Keyboard, and then click Remove.

Delete all occurrences of the Dell BT Keyboard. The keyboard may be shown more than once.

When the Do you want to remove the keyboard? message appears, click Yes to remove the keyboard pairing.

Repeat the steps above to remove the Dell BT Mouse.

Shut down the computer to allow the system to re-pair the devices.

While the system is shutting down, remove the USB mouse from the system, then restart the system.

Follow the instructions for pairing the keyboard and mouse using Setpoint for Windows XP or the Bluetooth Wizard for Windows Vista.
