Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Photo Album Problem With Shortcut or Disk Not Available Errors
When attempting to launch either the Paint Shop Pro 8.1 or Paint Shop Photo Album 4.0.3 programs from All Programs, errors will appear.
Click Start.
Click Control Panel on the column on the right.
Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
From the Currently installed programs: listing, locate Jasc Paint Shop Photo Album.
Click Jasc Paint Shop Photo Album.
Click the Change/Remove or the Remove button.
The Confirm File Deletion window appears, click Yes.Several uninstallation windows automatically open and close.
Click Finish.
From the Currently installed programs: listing, locate Jasc Paint Shop Pro.
Click Jasc Paint Shop Pro.
Insert the Dell 922 or 720 Printer Installation CD into the CD-ROM drive.
Click Install.
Select Custom installation.
Click Next.
Ensure that Install Paint Shop Photo Album and Install Paint Shop Pro have a checkmark in the box next to each of the listings.
Click Next. The System Settings Change window appears.
When prompted to restart your computer now, click Yes.
After the system restarts, you will be able to use the Paint Shop Pro and Paint Shop Photo Album programs.
