    Summary

Basic Diagnostics or Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA) Diagnostics are a series quick tests of generic failure points on the hardware, and are typically an intro to the Extended Diagnostics or 32-bit Dell Diagnostics. Most systems will have both sets of Diagnostics, on some Dell Systems they will only have one or the other.
