How Do I Get My E-mail Program To Work With the Microsoft® ActiveSync® Program Running On My Dell™ Axim™ Handheld?

When attempting to synchronize your e-mail with your Dell™ Axim™ handheld, it is recommended that you synchronize your e-mail using the version of Microsoft® Outlook® that was shipped with your Axim.

The following third-party e-mail programs are not compatible with your Dell Axim handheld or with the ActiveSync program:

  • IBM® Lotus Notes®

  • MSN® Hotmail®

  • America Online (AOL)

  • Microsoft® Outlook® Express

NOTE
