1. Turn on (or restart) your system.

2. When the blue Dell logo appears, press the <Delete> key.
   Press the <Delete> key again if you do not see the message or logo change.

3. Press the <Right Arrow> key.

4. Press the <Down Arrow> key to highlight Video Configuration and then press the <Enter> key.

5. The Primary Video Adapter should be highlighted; press the <Enter> key.

6. Press the <Down Arrow> key highlight PCI and press the <Enter> key.

7. Press the <F10> key.

8. Press the <Enter> key.

The Dell Dimension L series systems have integrated video chips in the system motherboard. If you wish to install an additional video card in the system as the primary video card, you must change the System Setup video configuration. There is no option to disable the onboard video, you can only change which video chipset is the primary one.
