Please note not all product types and service contract types are available for transfer outside of purchase country. Please review this list for the most common service contract types that are non-transferable.

Dell is a US corporation, and is therefore subject to all US Export Laws and Regulations. The export of any Dell products or software must be made in accordance with all applicable laws of the United States and local country regulations, including but not limited to, the US Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and US Export Administration Regulations. This may require that an export license be obtained, or that certain declarations be provided to US or local government regarding the products being exported.

In order for Dell to ensure full compliance with all U.S. Export Regulations, we ask customers involved in certain transactions to provide a Letter of Assurance (LOA). If Dell's Export Compliance Organization requires an LOA, this will delay the processing of your request. If an LOA is required, we will notify you via the email address you have provided. Dell's Export Compliance Organization must also perform a review of certain other International Tag Transfers which may or may not delay the processing of your request. If your request requires this type of review you will not be notified unless Dell's Export Compliance Organization needs further information from you.
