Step 1 - Diagnostics

If your warranty has expired and you experience a hardware issue, you can still take advantage of our expired warranty repair service on a fee basis.

Chat now or Call Dell support at 1-888-261-1716, enter your Express Service Code (located on the back of your PC) and your call will be routed to the appropriate technician.

For a flat fee, the technician will diagnose the problem to determine if it is a hardware failure.

USA/Canada:

  • Client Products (Opti/Lat/Wks/Printer)  $59.00
  • Server Products                                         $299.00
  • Storage Products                                       $599.00
If a part has failed, the technician will assist you with step 2 or 3, whichever is appropriate. Separate fees are applicable for parts and/or labor for installation.
