For the low cost of $49, the technician will diagnose the problem to determine if there has been a hardware failure. If a part has failed, the technician will assist you with step 2 or 3, whichever is appropriate. Separate fees are applicable for parts and/or labor for installation. Notebooks	Hassle-Free Depot Repair	Cost

	After diagnosis by a Dell technician in step 1, we'll send you packaging and instructions to mail your notebook to a repair facility. Your repaired notebook will usually be returned to you in 5-7 business days after you've shipped it.
