System setup settings are retained when
the system boots. System setup settings revert to their
defaults when the system boots. (If the system setup
settings become so corrupted that the system does not
boot, put the jumper plug on pins 2-3 and boot the
system. Reset the jumper plug on pins 1-2 before
restoring the system setup settings.)
