Safety Instructions: Diamond Fire GL1 User's Guide

  • Read and understand all instructions before using the Fire GL1.
  • Prevent static electric damage. Avoid touching any electronic components. Static disharge can cause severe damage to electronic equipment, but here are some easy ways to see that it doesn't happen:
    • Don't touch edge connectors or exposed circuitry.
    • If possible, ground your body. A metal power supply in your computer is generally considered the best place to ground yourself.
    • Make as few movements as possible to avoid building up static electricity from your clothing, carpets and furniture.
  • To display at a specific resolution with the desired refresh rate, both the video card and monitor must support it.Selecting a resolution or refresh rate that your monitor does not support can permanently damage the monitor. Refer to the documentation that came with your monitor for a list of supported video resolutions.
