Remove the USB connector cable from the routing guide.
Disconnect the USB connector cable from the system board connector.
Lift the connector and cable out of the computer base.

Replacing the USB Connector Cable
Place the USB connector cable in the computer base.
Replace the screw that secures the USB connector.
Route the USB connector cable through the routing guide.
Connect the USB connector cable to the system board connector.
CAUTION: Before turning on the computer, replace all screws and ensure that no stray screws remain inside the computer. Failure to do so may result in damage to the computer.
