You may either view the documents on this page or download the files. Complete the instructions in the following sections to download and view the files.

Using the Download Feature

Click the Download button to download the zipped file and save it to your hard drive.

To unzip the file, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the directory location you specified when you saved the file.
  2. Double-click the .exe file you downloaded.
    The WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box appears.
  3. Specify the location to save the unzipped files and click Unzip.
    A message stating that the files unzipped successfully appears.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Close.

Viewing HTML Documents

To view an HTML document, start your browser and open the index.htm file in the directory containing the unzipped files.

Viewing PDF Documents

Stop You must right-click the link for a portable document format (PDF) file and save the file to your hard drive. Attempting to link directly to large PDF files causes your system to freeze.

To save PDF files (files with an extension of .pdf) to your hard drive, right-click the document title, click Save Target As in Microsoft® Internet Explorer or Save Link As in Netscape Navigator, and specify a location on your hard drive.

PDF files require Adobe™ Acrobat Reader 4.0, which can be downloaded from www.adobe.com.

To view the User's Guide and the Installation and Troubleshooting Guide, start your browser and open the index.htm file in the directory containing the unzipped files. Click a link to open a file in Acrobat Reader.

To view the Rack Installation Guide and the documents listed under "Latest Product Documentation," launch Acrobat Reader, click File—> Open, and select the PDF file.
