PC Card With Bluetooth® Wireless Technology

CAUTION: Before performing the following procedures, read the safety instructions in your Owner's Manual.

NOTICE: To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist grounding strap or by periodically touching an unpainted metal surface (such as the back panel) on the computer.

1. Follow the instructions in "Preparing to Work Inside the Computer."
   
   
2. Remove the hard drive.
   
   
3. Pull the connector of the PC Card with Bluetooth wireless technology out of the system board connector.
   
   
4. Pull the cable to remove the PC Card with Bluetooth wireless technology from the computer.
   
   

NOTICE: When replacing the PC Card with Bluetooth wireless technology, ensure that the cable of the PC Card with Bluetooth wireless technology is routed correctly so that you do not damage the cable when you install the hard drive.

To replace a connector of the PC Card with Bluetooth wireless technology:

1. Insert the PC Card with Bluetooth wireless technology.
   
   
2. Ensure that the cable is routed under the tab.

3. Connect the cable.
   
   
4. Replace the hard drive.
