This label lists your computer's service tag and your Express Service Code (if applicable). If you call Dell technical support, use your Express Service Code to route the call directly to the correct support personnel. The Dell technical support staff will ask for your service tag information.
The voltage selection switch must be set to match the AC power available at your location. The switch should be set for 115 V in most of North and South America and some Far Eastern countries such as Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. For most of Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East, the switch should be set for 230 V.
