POST Beep Codes: Dell Dimension XPS Dxxx Systems
If the monitor cannot display errors or problems, the computer
may emit a series of beeps that identifies the problem. The beep
code indicates the number of beeps that will be emitted; for
example, 1 beep followed by 2 beeps indicates that no video card
is connected.
