Microprocessor Fan Removal (Mini Tower): Dell Precision™ WorkStation 210 Systems

Rotate the power supply up until it locks.
Disconnect the fan power cable from the processor fan connector.
Gently pull the plastic lock, and push down on the fan to disengage the four latching tabs holding the fan to the back of the chassis.
Pull the fan forward to remove it.
