Overview:

The Philips DVD+RW is a writable DVD drive that can write on CD-R, CD-RW, DVD+RW and DVD+R discs. It has six functions in one drive: CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD+RW and DVD+R. DVD+RW and DVD+R discs written by this drive can be read and played by most legacy DVD-ROM and DVD players.

40X write CD-R / 24X ¹ rewrite CD-RW / 40X read for CD-R/RW
Uses Seamless Link for auto avoidance against buffer underrun errors. DVD-ROM and DVD Player can play DVD+RW and DVD+R disc.
DVD+RW and DVD+R discs are readable by most legacy DVD-ROM drives and DVD players.
Support Random Write UDF in DVD+RW and CD-RW
