The Quantum Atlas 10K 9.1 / 18.2 / 36.4 GB SCSI hard disk drives satisfy the following standards and regulations:
  • Underwriters Laboratory (U.L.):  Standard 1950.  Information and technology equipment including business equipment.
  • Canadian Standards Association (CSA):  Standard C22.2 No. 950-M89.  Information technology equipment including business equipment.
  • European Standards (TUV):  Standard EN 60 950.  Information technology equipment including business equipment.
  • Federal Communications Commissions (FCC):  FCC Rules for Radiated and Conducted Emissions, Part 15, Sub Part J, For Class B Equipment.
  • CISPER:  CISPER 22 Rules for Radiated and Conducted Emissions, for Class B Equipment.
  • Tested to comply with Australian requirements to carry C-Tick logo.

Year 2000 Statement

A Quantum Corporation product, when used in accordance with its associated documentation, is "Year 2000 Capable" when, upon installation, it accurately stores, displays, processes, provides, and/or receives date data from, into, and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, including leap year calculations, provided that all other technology used in combination with said product properly exchanges date data with it.
