The Dell OpenManage Server Administrator installation readme is for
the VMware(R) ESXi 3.5 Update 4 release. This release aims at using 
Server Administrator to manage a system with VMware ESXi 3.5 Update 4 
virtualization software.

* Server Administrator Web Server version 6.0.3 supports the 
  following operating systems:

   * Microsoft(R) Windows Server(R) 2008 Standard and Enterprise 
     (32-bit x86) Gold Editions
   * Microsoft Windows(R) XP Professional with SP2 (32-bit x86)
   * Microsoft Windows Vista(R) Business and Enterprise Gold Editions 
     (32-bit x86)
   * Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard and Enterprise (32-bit x86)
     Editions with SP2

* Server Administrator Web Server version 6.0.3 can be installed on any  
  computer (laptop,desktop, or server) with a supported operating system.

* VMware ESXi 3.5 and the Server Administrator instrumentation agent 
  is factory-installed on some Dell systems. For a list of these 
  systems, see "Dell OpenManage Server Administrator Installation Guide 
  for VMware ESXi 3.5" on the Web pack, and on the Dell Support site at 
  "support.dell.com".

INSTALLATION

* On Microsoft Windows operating systems, download the Web pack from 
  the Dell Support site (support.dell.com) and extract it. The contents 
  of the extracted folder include:

  1. Dell OpenManage Server Administrator Web Server version 6.0.3
  2. Documentation for Server Administrator version 6.0.3
  3. Readmes
  
* Run "sysmgmt.msi" from the extracted folder.

  pack, and on the Dell Support site at "support.dell.com".

* This version of Server Administrator cannot be upgraded from 
  earlier versions.

USER NOTES FOR SUPPORTED WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS
===============================================================

* This version of Server Administrator requires an MSI version
  of 3.1 or later on your system.

* During installation/uninstallation, the Windows Installer Service
  may display the time remaining for the current task to complete.
  This is only an approximation by the Windows Installer Engine based
  on varying factors.

* During installation of Server Administrator on supported Windows 
  systems, if an "Out of Memory" error message displays, exit 
  the installation and free up memory. Close other applications
  or perform any other task that will free up memory, before
  re-attempting Server Administrator installation.
