The Broadcom 440X 10/100 Integrated Controller connects a PCI workstation to
a 10/100-Mbps Ethernet network. The BCM440X adapter or BCM440X LAN on Motherboard
is a fully integrated 10/100 Ethernet MAC/PHY.
