Overview On

Indicators
Use the control buttons on the front of the monitor to adjust the
characteristics of the image being displayed. As you use these buttons to adjust the
controls, the screen will be adjusted according to respective functions.

1. Exit key

Returns to
last page, saves or quits the menu system. |
2. 3/
|
Adjusts the parameter setting to a lower value or
adjusts contrast setting. |
3. 4
/
|
Adjusts the parameter setting to a higher value or
adjusts brightness setting.
|
4. Enter key
|
Goes into submenus or selects items. |
| 5. Power indicator |
This light glows green during normal operation. |
| 6. Power button |
Use this button to turn the monitor on and off. |
Accessing the Menu System
- With the menu off, push the Enter/EXIT button to open the menu system
and display the main features menu.

- Push the 4
button to move to the next icon or push the 3to move back to the previous icon. As you move from one icon to another, the
feature name changes to reflect the feature or group of features represented by that icon.
See the table at the end of this section for a complete list of all features offered
by the monitor.
- Push the Enter button once to activate the adjustment function; then use the
3and 4
buttons to make your changes.
- Push the Enter/EXIT button once to return to the main
menu to select another function or push the Enter/EXIT button two or three
times to exit from the OSD.
Grouped by functions, the OSD offers 6
major functions in Main Menu for making adjustments: Contrast, Geometry, Color
adjustment, Recall, Degaussing and Miscellaneous. The following describes
the contents of each function and how you can make adjustments.
A warning message may appear on the screen indicating that the
monitor is out of sync.

This means that the monitor cannot synchronize with the signal that
it is receiving from the computer. Either the signal is too high or too low for the
monitor to use. See Specifications for the Horizontal and
Vertical scan ranges addressible by this monitor.
Sometimes, no warning message appears, but the screen is blank,
which could also indicate that the monitor is not synchronizing with the computer.
