Online Services
Online services provide support and information about using Windows� 95 with Dell computers. Use online services to access the most current information about Windows 95. Use a computer with modem and/or fax capabilities and an available telephone connection to access Dell's AutoTech, TechConnect BBS, and TechFax } services. A wider range of Dell's online services can be accessed via the Internet or commercial online services, such as CompuServe�, America Online, PRODIGY�, and Microsoft� Network.
Both the Internet and commercial online services have software libraries. They also provide extensive product information, important announcements, and a message base for sending and receiving electronic messages.
Using the Internet
Dell can be accessed electronically via a World Wide Web site, an FTP site, and electronic mail (e-mail). To access Dell through any of these services, use the following addresses.

Using Commercial Online Services

Dell provides the following services:
AutoTech technical support service
Dell's automated technical support service AutoTech provides recorded answers to the questions most
frequently asked by Dell customers.
To use AutoTech, dial 1-800-247-9362. The AutoTech system is available 24 hours a day.
TechFax service
Call this toll-free line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all kinds of technical information.
To use TechFax, dial 1-800-950-1329.
TechConnect BBS
Dell's TechConnect BBS offers a software library, message base, and e-mail. It is available 24 hours a
day to customers who have a modem. The modem settings for the BBS are 8 bit, no parity, 1 stop bit. The
TechConnect BBS number is (512) 728-8528.
NOTE: AutoTech, TechFax, and TechConnect BBS may not be available in all locations outside the continental U.S.
