The XPS P60 midsize system now has EIDE support.
- IDE interface can now accommodate hard-disk drives
greater than 528 MB
- IDE interface can support up to 2 IDE hard-disk drives or
1 IDE hard-disk drive and 1 IDE CD ROM
Configuration Information
For cabling purposes and in the System Setup program, an IDE
CD ROM drive is treated the same as a second hard-disk drive. It
should be configured in System Setup by setting Drive 1 to Auto.
