The desktop system unit provides:

  • 2 internal 3.5-inch drive bays
  • 2 external half-height, 5.25-inch drive bays
  • 1 external 1-inch-high, 3.5-inch drive bay
  • 1 external 3.5-inch drive bay for a diskette drive

The mini tower system unit provides:

  • 2 internal 3.5-inch drive bays
  • 2 external half-height, 5.25-inch drive bays
  • 2 external 3.5-inch drive bays
  • 1 external 3.5-inch drive bay for a diskette drive


The system board provides a primary EIDE hard-disk drive interface (PRI IDE), a secondary EIDE device interface (SEC IDE), and a diskette drive controller (Floppy). The secondary EIDE interface supports up to 2 EIDE devices, such as tape or CD-ROM drives.
