Removing the RTC Chip: Dell Dimension XPS 4100V & XPS 466V

1. Remove the computer cover.
2. Use a chip-removal tool to remove the chip.
3. Use the dot on one corner of the chip to orient the replacement chip in the same direction as the chip removed.
