Memory Size
On early system boards the memory could only be configured as 512-KB base or as 640-KB base and 0-KB extended.
We had for one year offered a "fix" if they were under warranty. They had to send the system to us and we replaced the motherboard. Needless to say, this offer is no longer valid.
RAM Sockets
The earlier models had socketed RAM. On later revisions the RAM was soldered to the system. The maximum system RAM was 1024 KB.
