Creative Recorder: Sound Blaster Live! Sound Card User's
Guide
Recorder is a Windows-based application that allows you to record
sounds and music from various input sources (for example, microphone and audio CD) and
save them as Wave (.WAV) files.

Useful features include:
- AVRL (Automatic Recording Volume Level) - allows you to limit the
recording volume level, so that distortion will not occur if the recording volume is too
loud.
