Creative Diagnostics: Sound Blaster Live! Sound Card User's Guide
Creative Diagnostics is a simple but useful program for diagnosing and fixing
any problems that you may have with your audio card. The diagnostic tests will check that the audio
hardware is detected, the audio drivers are working, and the registry and mixer settings are correct.
A speaker test is also provided to let you test the physical connections from the audio card to the
speakers. If the tests detect problems, Creative Diagnostics will provide solutions.
This program also includes Creative Diagnostics Agent, a small utility that you
can use to check your audio settings for potential problems. If problematic audio settings are detected,
it will offer to restore your audio settings to prevent the potential problems.
