The
Windows and Application Keys
The Windows logo
key is located on to the left of the space bar between the left Ctrl
and left Alt key. The Application
key is located on the right of the space bar between the right Alt key and the
right Ctrl key.
- The Application key will
typically bring up a pop-up menu in the active window of a software application.
For the most part, the pop-up menu will be identical with that brought up
by clicking the right mouse button.
- The Windows
logo key opens the Start menu. Additionally, there are key
combinations involving the Windows logo
key that are shown in the table below.
