Creative Recorder: Sound Blaster Live! Value Sound Card User's
Guide
Recorder is a Windows-based application that allows you to record
sounds and music from various input sources (for example, microphone and audio CD) and
save them as Wave (.wav) files.

Useful features include:
- AVRL (Automatic Recording Volume Level) - allows you to limit the
recording volume level, so that distortion will not occur if the recording volume is too
loud.
- Peak Indicator - warns you if the recording volume level is too high.
To run Recorder, bring your pointer to the top of the screen to
display Creative Launcher, click the Programs tab, and then
click the Recorder icon.
