The following instructions will walk you through an installation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 driver for Dell PERC 2, PERC 2/Si, PERC 3/Si, and PERC 3/Di controllers.
1. Download the driver package to your Linux system
2. Extract this package
tar -xvzf aacraid-1.1.4-2302-RHEL3-A01.tar.gz
3. Install dkms and aacraid RPMs by issuing:
rpm –ivh dkms-1.00-1.noarch.rpm
rpm –ivh aacraid-1.1.4-2302dkms.noarch.rpm
4. Reboot your system to load this newly installed driver.
